An overdose may occur if more than the prescribed dose of Wellbutrin is used. Signs of an overdose of Wellbutrin may include seizures, muscle stiffness, hallucinations, fainting, fast or uneven heartbeat, shallow breathing, heart failure, or coma. Seek medical attention if an overdose does occur.1
