Fibromyalgia vs. Arthritis

While fibromyalgia is sometimes considered an arthritis-related condition, it is not a true form of arthritis. Arthritis is a disease of the joints. Fibromyalgia does not cause inflammation or damage to the joints, muscles, or other tissues as does arthritis.
