This was a biggie this week with the change in redirects and interlinks.

The redirect instructions are current:

The title case instructions are linked from that redirect page and are mostly unchanged -- except that they are more important now in creating redirects (in the past we were less worried about them being absolutely correct in the redirects).

Here's a short version of what you should take away from this week's session:

1. Redirects need to be in title case.

2. Interlinks are no longer case-sensitive.

There is a lot more that you should know to go along with those two facts (and some things that are still in flux), but those are the main points.
