Research Notes on X-Rays
An x-ray is a machine using electromagnetic radiation to make images so the doctor can see inside your body. X-rays are used to look for broken bones, to see inside your lungs and stomach area, and dentists even use x-rays to look inside your teeth. An x-ray is done fast and is completely painless.
