The World Diabetes Foundation (WDF) is a non-profit organization that recieved its start through a grant from the pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk.1 The WDF provides awareness and advocacy to people with diabetes in developing countries. The mission of this organization is dedicated to the prevention, education, and awareness of diabetes worldwide.2
