Violence in the workplace is a scary and very real occurance. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI), 564 workplace homicides occured in 2005 in the United States. Disgruntled employees, customers, and domestic relationships can surface and filter into the workplace.
