Research Notes on Walnuts
Considered to be one of the top "superfoods," walnuts have a large variety of nutrients such as vitamin E, vitamin B6, folate and protein. In addition, they also contain omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Walnuts are low in saturated fats and cholesterol-free. The omega-3 fatty acids in walnuts make them a natural mood-booster.
