Research Notes on Wakefield Depression Test
The Wakefield depression test is used to aid in diagnosing a person with depression.1 The test consists of 12 questions that ask about a person's psychological and physiological well-being.2 The test is not intended to replace an evaluation by a professional, but it can be used for discussion with the professional.1 A score of 15+ points is a good indication that a medical professional should be consulted.3
