Research Notes on Von Hippel-Lindau Disease
Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease is a rare inherited disorder. It is characterized by tumors and cysts which grow in the body. These can either be benign or cancerous. Different kinds of tumors may develop in von Hippel-Lindau disease: Brain tumors, eye tumors, kidney tumors, adrenal gland tumors, and pancreatic tumors.
