Research Notes on Vitamins for Rheumatoid Arthritis
The most common vitamin deficiency in rheumatoid arthritis patients are folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Food is the preferred source for getting vitamins. Supplements will work in getting the vitamins that you don't receive from food.1
