Vioxx is a brand name for the drug rofecoxib. This medicine is an NSAIDs. It is used for treating rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and certain forms of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; to control acute pain in adults; to treat migraines; and to treat menstrual pain.1 For complete information, see the rofecoxib WisdomCard.
