Research Notes on Valproic

Valproic, sold under the brand name Depakene, is a prescription medication used to control seizures in people with epilepsy. Valproic should be taken at the same time each day to maintain an even level in your blood. The dose of Valproic that your healthcare provider recommends will vary, depending the type of seizures being treated, your weight, other medications you may be taking and other medical conditions you might have.
