Research Notes on Scar Treatments
Scars are the result of wound trauma and injury to the skin. Several treatments are available for different types of scars such as hypertrophic and keloids. Skin products such as creams, gels and ointments, laser surgery or medications are some of the modalities in available in treating scars.
