A trazodone overdose may occur if more than the recommended dose is taken, whether intentionally or on accident. Symptoms of a trazodone overdose may include drowsiness, vomiting, and a prolonged erection. If you believe you or someone else may have taken an overdose of trazodone, seek emergency medical attention immediately.1

- Additional symptoms of a trazodone overdose include seizures, heart palpitations, and difficulty breathing.2
