The famous farm raised fish, tilapia, contains undesirable levels of unhealthy omega-6 fatty acids instead of the omega-3 fatty acids. For people with a history of heart disease, asthma and other inflammatory diseases, tilapia can actually be harmful. These findings come from a study completes at the Wake Forest Center for Botanical Lipids in North Carolina.
