Research Notes on Ticlopidine
Ticlopidine is an antiplatelet drug which is used to prevent stroke in patients who cannot tolerate aspirin. Because of the risk of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and neutropenia, ticlopidine is rarely used. Ticlopidine is sold under the brand name Ticlid
