Research Notes on The Never Ending Diet War
A new study that compared the effects of three different diets on over 300 moderately obese people shows that the best way to lose weight and decrease a high cholesterol level is by using a low carbohydrate diet. The participants in the study were randomly given a low fat diet, the Atkins diet or the Mediterranean diet.
