Temporary Blindness

Research Notes on Temporary Blindness

Temporary blindness is a sudden loss of vision that is reversible. There are many causes associated with temporary blindness. It can be due to cataract, glaucoma, migraine headaches, fatigue, optic neuritis, TIA, or some drugs that can affect vision. A person with this condition may experience blurring of vision, blind spots, and inability to see small details. All of the visual disturbances can be reversed once the underlying cause is treated.
