Research Notes on Teens and Anger Management
Everyone gets angry at some point; however, teens who do not manage their anger well, may exhibit unfavorable behaviors such as social withdrawal, academic underachievement, substance abuse, bullying, participation in gangs, and even suicidal behaviors. Proper anger management is the venue to address these problems. The program is also instrumental in alleviating other medical conditions such as lowering the risk of heart diseases, high blood pressure, and stomach problems.
