Research Notes on Symptoms Warn of Ovarian Cancer
A woman's symptoms of abdominal bloating or discomfort may indicate the need for a blood test to help detect ovarian cancer in it's earliest stages, says researchers at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. When used alone, these two methods of detection found 60% of early stage ovarian cancer and 80% of late stage cancer.
