A tea can be made from the flowering tops of the St. John's wort plant. St. John's wort has been used for centuries for medical purposes. It has been commonly used in modern times in the treatment of depression, sleep disorders, and anxiety.1

- You should filter the hot tea with a strainer before drinking.2
