Research Notes on Sleep Apnea and Snoring
Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea are obstructive respiratory medical disorders that occur during sleep. 70 million Americans experience sleep disturbances and sleep apnea approximately 20 million Americans. Health issues that are associated with sleep disorders for inadequate sleep ranges from depression and anxiety to high blood pressure, pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure, irregular heart rate, coronary artery disease and even stroke.
