Research Notes on Ichthyosis
The main symptoms of ichthyosis are usually very dry and itchy skin. With ichthyosis, the body is unable to shed old skin at a proper rate, which usually causes a fish scale appearance. Keeping the skin properly hydrated helps in many cases.
