Signs of menopause can vary some from woman to woman. Some women experience few of these signs. Other women experience multiple physical and psychological symptoms. Signs of menopause may include irregular vaginal bleeding, hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood swings, vaginal dryness, thinning hair, and night sweats.1
