Research Notes on Sedation and Dentistry
There are many people who fear dentist and dental work. Dental sedation is becoming more popular now, and there are more dentist available who offer dental sedation treatment. There are two types dental sedation. Unconscious sedation, this is most commonly referred to as general anesthesia. This is when you are completely unconscious and machines breathe for you. Conscious sedation, all body functions remain normal and the person is able to breathe on their own.
