Saving money on Nexium (esomeprazole magnesium) prescriptions may be possible through Nexium coupons, AZ&Me Prescription Savings program or patient assistance programs, drug discount cards, or The Purple Pill Savings Card. AstraZeneca’s Purple Plus Savings Card provides up to $50 in savings on each Nexium refill (up to 12 refills) to those who are eligible.1 The AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings program provides savings for eligible people with Medicare Part D or without prescription insurance.2 If you do not qualify for this patient assistance program, you may qualify for those through other organizations.
