Research Notes on Requip Warnings and Precautions

Patients with heart or blood vessel disease or liver failure may not be good candidates for Requip (ropinirole) use. Requip may cause hallucinations, fainting, and hypotension. Women who are pregnant should discuss the use of Requip with their physician before beginning Requip therapy. In order to minimize risks and ensure effective treatment, patients are encouraged to discuss all Requip warnings and precautions with their health care provider before beginning therapy.
