Research Notes on Reflexology for PMS
Reflexology is the application of pressure to key points on the ears, hands, and feet that corresponded to the ovary, uterus, pituitary and adrenal glands, kidney, celiac plexus, and sympathetic nervous system.1 Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a collection of symptoms. The three prominent symptoms are irritability, tension and dysphoria (unhappiness).2
