Research Notes on Raspberry Leaves
Red raspberry leaves are nutritious herb used in teas. They are rich with essential minerals like phosphorus, potassium, and an easily assimilated form of calcium. They are high in vitamin C and vitamin E as well as vitamin A and also contain B complex. Red raspberry tea is ideal for pregnant women, as an increase in vitamin A can help the women’s immune system and promote healthy bone development and skin for the baby.
