Research Notes on Pustular Psoriasis Symptoms
Pustular psoriasis symptoms typically develop quickly. The skin generally becomes red and tender. Within hours pus-filled blisters appear. These blisters dry within a couple of days. The blisters may reappear every few days or weeks.1

- In addition to skin symptoms, other pustular psoriasis symptoms such as fever, headache, chills, joint pain, a feeling of general discomfort or uneasiness, decreased appetite, and nausea may be experienced.2
- With pustular psoriasis, pus filled blisters may appear in widespread patches or in smaller areas on the hands, feet, or fingertips.1
- The juvenile or infantile type of pustular psoriasis is generally mild; typically only skin symptoms are present.2
