Research Notes on Psychoanalytic Theory
The psychoanalytic theory is an approach to psychoanalysis which tries to find a framework that is based on an independent approach rather than one based on empirical analysis of case studies.1 The theory is credited to famous psychologist Sigmund Freud.2 It also relies heavily on the concept of the unconscious mind.1
