Pseudo-Cushing syndrome is a medical condition where patients display the symptoms, signs, and abnormal hormone levels that are seen in Cushing's syndrome. It is a spontaneous condition. It is hard to tell the difference between Cushing's syndrome and pseudo-Cushing syndrome.1
