Research Notes on Pre-Diabetes Risk Factors
When your blood sugar is high, but not high enough to be considered diabetes, it is referred to as pre-diabetes. Pre-diabetes is a condition that is usually symptom free and is present prior to an individual developing type 2 diabetes.1 With proper diet and exercise, you may be able to keep blood glucose levels within a normal range.2
