Fast Facts:
- Foods high in potassium include bananas, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, tomato or prune juice, honeydew melons, molasses and potatoes.
- Having too much potassium in the blood is called hyperkalemia and having too little in the blood is known as hypokalemia.
