Research Notes on Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is an inflammatory condition that is caused by excessive strain on the plantar fascia of the foot, or biomechanical faults that cause abnormal pronation of the foot. Pain is usually felt along the underside of the heel, and most often is most intense in the morning.
