Pituitary Dwarfism

Pituitary dwarfism is caused by problems in the pituitary gland. A child with pituitary dwarfism is often small with immature facial features and a chubby body. The main course of treatment for pituitary dwarfism is hormone replacement therapy when there is a lack of growth hormone in the body.1
