Research Notes on Pamelor Side Effects
Like many medications, some side effects are associated with Pamelor (nortriptyline). Drowsiness, dizziness, constipation and confusion are common side effects of this drug. Erectile dysfunction, weight fluctuation, and increased sweating may also be experienced.1

- Pamelor belongs to a group of drugs called tricyclic antidepressants.2
- This drug is used to treat symptoms of depression.2
- Pamelor should not be taken within 14 days of an MAO inhibitor as serious complications can occur.2
