Pamelor (nortriptyline) overdose symptoms include extreme drowsiness, hallucinations, fast or irregular heartbeat, fainting, slow or shallow breathing, and seizures. If you think you may have taken too much Pamelor, seek emergency medical help immediately, or call the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.1
