Research Notes on Overpronation
Foot pronation is the inward roll of the foot from heel to toe while walking, jogging, or running. When there is too much rolling going on, overpronation occurs. The best example of a foot overpronation is a flat foot. Knowing the type of foot pronation one has is important in determining what shoe is appropriate for use.
