Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who are still unable to conceive after fertility treatments may use assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Also, about 15% of women on GnRH analogues (for infertility) will develop functional cysts that may in turn result in poor IVF outcomes.
