Otoplasty is the reshaping or reforming of one's ears through cosmetic surgery. It involves ear pinning (to bring the ears closer to the head), ear reduction (for large ears), or cartilage reshaping. These procedures are performed by either an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, plastic surgeon, or ENT surgeon.
