Research Notes on Orofacial Granulomatosis
Orofacial granulomatosis (OFG) is a disease which presents a non-tender swelling and characterized by non-necrotizing granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). The cause is unknown, but it is commonly associated with the Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome when found on the lip. OFG is also found in some patients of Crohn's disease causing the above mentioned swelling on the lips with different degree's of swelling. ...read more from Wikipedia
