Make an Extra $500 to $1500 per Month!
Now you can make an extra $500 to $1,500 per month (or more!) as an OrganizedWisdom Guide depending on how much time you dedicate to our mission of creating quality WisdomCards. Our most experienced Guides generally write 2-4 WisdomCards per hour and are often eligible for achievement bonuses for hitting productivity milestones. We recognize the beginning weeks for a Guide can be quite challenging and that it can take some time to learn our formatting and writing standards. During this introductory time frame each WisdomCard may take longer to create than it does for more experienced Guides. Don't worry, this is completely normal. We've found that it can take up to 50 WisdomCards until you become proficient, and once you are fully trained you will be able to make even more money for your hard work. To compensate for this initial ramp up time we have created a special Training Bonus (see below).
How To Get Paid
Once you've applied and been accepted into the program, Guides and Physician Reviewers will be paid for each WisdomCard that gets accepted and published (not just submitted). If your WisdomCard is approved for acceptance, you will be notified of the acceptance.
If you do not get notification of acceptance, your card has NOT yet been approved and edits are likely necessary in order for it to be approved. You can log into your Personal WisdomCard Dashboard at anytime to review the current status of all of your WisdomCards.

Required Forms
All three of the following forms must be completed online before we can purchase your WisdomCards. Adobe Acrobat (free download) is required for completing online forms.
- Complete the WisdomCard Purchase Agreement
- Complete the W-9
- Complete the Direct Deposit Form
Pay Scale for Guides
Payment is calculated for Accepted WisdomCards for a calendar month. If you are owed $400 or more at the end of this calendar month, and have submitted your paperwork, you will be paid on or about the 15th of the following month. Payments are made only by direct deposit; no paper checks will be issued. This greatly speeds up the process so you can get paid faster.
If we don't yet owe you $400, we'll keep a balance of your account and pay you when you reach $400.
WisdomStubs
WisdomStubs are paid $4 each. WisdomStubs are our short-form WisdomCards and represent the majority of the WisdomCards we create. These include Brand Name Drugs and News stubs, as well as thousands of other topics. WisdomStubs are WisdomCards with less than four sections (plus Research Notes, Fast Facts and Relateds). Most WisdomStubs consist of 8-10 links in the Top Resources section.
Updates
Occasionally we will make older WisdomCards available to be updated. Updates include checking links, fixing any errors, fixing capitalization throughout the WisdomCard, bulking up Research Notes, adding Fast Facts, and anything else to bring the WisdomCard up to current standards. These updates pay $3 each. When they are available the entire Guide team will be alerted and will have access to the list of available updates.

$100 Training Bonus!
Now you can make even more money when you complete your first 50 WisdomCards! We recognize how much training is involved when learning how to create your first batch of WisdomCards so we've created a special bonus to reward you for your hard work and dedication during the training process. Once you have completed your 50th Approved WisdomCard you will not only be eligible to become one of our Certified Guides who can make even more money, but you will also be awarded a $100 Training Bonus.
