Daniel J. Feldman has more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, speaker, consultant, strategic planner and coach in the worlds of business and the Internet.

He worked with OrganizedWisdom founders Unity Stoakes and Steven Krein as co-founder and President of Promotions.com, a NASDAQ-traded global promotion and direct marketing technology company that was sold to iVillage Inc. (Nasdaq: IVIL) in 2002. Chakkalina, the Company's Japanese subsidiary, was acquired in 2001 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of iTX Corporation. Promotions.com was awarded to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious "Technology Fast 50."

Promotions.com received approximately $100 million of private and public financing from an IPO led by Bear Stearns, Thomas Weisel Partners, ING Barings and Wit Capital.

Mr. Feldman graduated from George Washington University in 1992 and holds a bachelor's degree in international business.
