About Mandatory Guide Certification
It's All About Quality
OrganizedWisdom is cultivating a great team doing great work! Because quality is so essential to our service, we're making sure that every part time Guide who enters our program becomes certified. Certification means that our Guide Mentors and Medical Reviewers have confirmed that your work is of the highest caliber and that you're consistently producing high-quality WisdomCards.
The best news is: Once you're certified, reviews of your work will be expedited. That means faster WisdomCard production, and therefore the potential to make even more money.
We provide on-the-job training to new part time Guides. We'll work closely with you and provide helpful feedback to help you learn our process. After your first 25 WisdomCards have been approved, you'll become certification-eligible. A physician will then review a random selection of 10 or more of your WisdomCards for a number of important quality markers. We'll also take note of the manner in which you interact with our staff (we love Guides with a positive attitude and professional demeanor). Here's our specific criteria:
- Core Skills
- Quality of Research Notes
- Quality of Fast Facts
- Correct Interlinks
- Accurate Spelling
- Proper Capitalization
- Good Grammar
- Proper Reference Tagging
- Proper Use of RSS Feeds
- Overall Formatting and Coding
- Correct Use of Vias and Proper Sourcing
- Deep Linking
- Resource Quality
- Link Functionality
- Related Link Quality
- Quality of Redirects
- Placed in Correct Categories
- Medical Review
- Accurate Content
- Appropriate Scope and Depth
- Feedback
- Guide Mentor Notes
- Professionalism and Positive Attitude
Once your certification review is complete, you'll receive a report with our final assessment. If you do not pass our certification review, we'll pay you for any approved WisdomCards you've created, but you won't be able to remain in our program. Again, this is to ensure that each of our Guides meets the highest quality standards.
