Web Designer Wanted

We're a venture-backed start-up looking for a superstar Web designer who wants to join our team (preferably full-time) and help build the most useful health search service on the Web.

If you are an amazing Web Designer who does your own HTML/CSS/JS then we want to meet you.

If you have a passion for improving the user experience of a site (organizedwisdom.com) that will help a lot of people, then we want you on our team. We're looking to work with one of the very best designers and usability experts in the world. Join a team of dedicated, smart, ambitious, and fun people. We're based in New York City, but you can work from anywhere you are most productive.

Qualifications and Experience:

• - 3+ years web design and usability experience
• - Knows HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser development
• - Familiarity with Subversion and trac
• - Ability to work well with team of PHP developers (knowledge of PHP, MediaWiki, or CSS for the iPhone also helpful)
• - Expertise in information architecture, simplifying user experience, and clean/elegant design
• - Love start-up environment and growth companies that innovate fast
• - Want to put your heart and soul into building an exceptional product that will help a lot of people.
