Insomnia is a sleeping disorder characterized by persistent difficulty falling or staying asleep. Organic insomnia can be caused by various medical conditions such as pain, discomfort in breathing, restless legs syndrome or immobility. Management is mainly focused towards treating the cause of the insomnia.1
