Research Notes on Organ Donation
Organ donation can be preformed on someone who has recently died, or on a living donor. Organ donation is the removal of organs and tissue for the use of transplantation to another person. Physical Organs that can be transplanted are heart, intestines, kidneys, lungs, liver and pancreas. Other organs are skin, bone and bone marrow and the cornea.
