Research Notes on Omega-6

Omega-6 fatty acid -- also called linoleic acid -- together with omega-3 fatty acids plays a crucial role in brain function and normal growth and development. It is also believed that omega-6 can help with diseases such as diabetes, ADHD, Sjögren's syndrome, osteoporosis, as well as helping with symptoms of menopause, PMS, and skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema.
