Research Notes on Olux-E
Olux-E is a brand name for the drug clobetasol propionate. It is a prescription medication used to reduce skin thickening, redness, itching, scaling, small red bumps, and plaque thickness associated with psoriasis, contact dermatitis, dyshidrotic eczema, and atopic dermatitis.1 For more information, see the clobetasol propionate WisdomCard.

- Olux-E is approved for use in adults and children over the age of 12.1
- Serious side effects associated with the use of Olux-E include hives, trouble breathing, chest tightness, and muscle weakness.2
- Olux-E should not be used longer than two weeks unless recommended by your physician.2
